As we grow our international presence, Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd is looking for a passionate and reliable individual to serve as our Liaison Agent in England. This role involves representing the Jukiwa brand in England and connecting diaspora clients with real estate and property management solutions in Kenya. We want to make more satellites in the diaspora.
Role Overview: The liaison agent will: – Represent Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd in England – Identify Kenyans interested in purchasing property in Kenya – Engage with landlords and landladies who want professional property management services – Be the primary point of contact for clients based in England – Provide regular updates.
Ideal Candidate: – A Kenyan living in England or a local with strong relationships in the Kenyan community – Prior experience in real estate, business development, or community work is an added advantage – A physical office is a bonus – Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills – Self-driven, trustworthy, and well-presented
Location Preference: We welcome applicants from any part of England with a sizable Kenyan population, such as: – England – Scotland – Wales – Northern Ireland
Training & Support: The selected agent will receive training on Jukiwa’s operations, values, customer service expectations, and brand representation, so they can confidently and effectively carry out their role.
