Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd. is thrilled to announce the launch of Jukiwa Credit Limited, a new subsidiary dedicated to financing property acquisitions across Kenya. As we prepare to commence operations, we are seeking talented and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team. We invite applications for the following positions to build a robust corporate structure.

1. Procurement Officer

  • Age: 35 years and above
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, preferably in financial or real estate sectors
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain management or related field; professional certification (e.g., CIPS/CPSP-K) is an advantage
  • Skills: Expertise in sourcing maintenance materials, contractor evaluation and management, contract negotiation, cost control, vendor management, and procurement record management; knowledge of building maintenance materials and service contracting; proficiency in ERP/property management systems is an added advantage

2. Public Relations Officer

  • Age: 35 years and above
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in public relations, customer relations, or property management communications; experience handling tenant relations is highly desirable
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • Skills: Strong tenant and landlord communication, complaint handling, stakeholder engagement, digital communication and social media management, crisis communication support, and event coordination; excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

3. Receptionist

  1. Age: No age restriction
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a front-office or customer service role
  3. Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  4. Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and basic computer skill

    4. Operational Manager

    Age: 40 years and above

    Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations management, preferably in real estate or property management, with experience overseeing multiple properties or large portfolios

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Operations Management, or related field; professional certification in Project Management, Facilities Management, or Real Estate is an added advantage

    Skills: Strong leadership and team management, strategic planning and operational oversight, financial management and budget control, property management systems knowledge, vendor and stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a high level of professionalism and integrity

    Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties; supervise property and facility teams; develop and implement operational policies and procedures; manage budgets, occupancy performance, and cost efficiency; ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards while reporting performance to senior management
