Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd is expanding internationally and is seeking a qualified and well-connected individual to serve as our official Liaison Agent in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a growing Kenyan property and investment company while helping Kenyans in the U.S. access trusted services back home. We want to make more satellites in the diaspora.
Role Overview:
The liaison agent will:
-Represent Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd in the USA
-Identify and engage Kenyans interested in buying property in Kenya
-Connect with landlords and landladies who want their properties managed professionally
-Serve as the point of contact and update clients on progress and developments
Ideal Candidate:
– A Kenyan living in the USA or a local with strong ties to the Kenyan community
-Experience in real estate, property management, or community engagement is an advantage
-Having a physical office is a strong plus
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-Honest, self-motivated, and professional
Location Preference:
We prefer applicants located in states with a large Kenyan population such as:
-Texas
– Seattle
-Georgia
-Massachusetts
-Minnesota
-Washington D.C. area or any other area in the USA.
Training & Support:
The successful candidate will undergo training on Jukiwa’s culture, operations, values, and customer service standards to ensure they represent the brand with excellence.
