Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd is expanding internationally and is seeking a qualified and well-connected individual to serve as our official Liaison Agent in the United States.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a growing Kenyan property and investment company while helping Kenyans in the U.S. access trusted services back home.
Role Overview:
The liaison agent will:
- Represent Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd in the USA
- Identify and engage Kenyans interested in buying property in Kenya
- Connect with landlords and landladies who want their properties managed professionally
- Serve as the point of contact and update clients on progress and developments
- Earn commissions for every successful client referral
Ideal Candidate:
- A Kenyan living in the USA or a local with strong ties to the Kenyan community
- Experience in real estate, property management, or community engagement is an advantage
- Having a physical office is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Honest, self-motivated, and professional
Location Preference:
We prefer applicants located in states with a large Kenyan population such as:
- Texas
- Georgia
- Massachusetts
- Minnesota
- Washington D.C. area
Training & Support:
The successful candidate will undergo training on Jukiwa’s culture, operations, values, and customer service standards to ensure they represent the brand with excellence.
