Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced European/Caucasian Real Estate Agent, aged 35 or above, residing in Kenya, to represent Jukiwa General Agencies Ltd in upmarket Kenyan estates. This role involves showcasing our premium properties, managing client relationships, and ensuring top-tier service delivery in high-end residential markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote Jukiwa’s properties in upmarket estates to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and lease agreements.
- Provide expert advice on real estate trends and opportunities in Kenya’s luxury market.
- Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be a European/Caucasian individual aged 35 or above, residing in Kenya.
- Proven experience in real estate or real estate management is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Kenya’s upmarket real estate market.
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
- Valid Kenyan driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
