As we prepare to commence operations, we are seeking talented and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team. We invite applications for the following positions to build a robust corporate structure.
1. Human Resource Manager
- Age: 40–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR management, preferably in financial or real estate sectors
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CHRP) is an advantage
- Skills: Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Kenyan labor laws
2. Chief Accountant
- Age: 40–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA(K) or ACCA certification required
- Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
3. Marketing Manager
- Age: 40–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in marketing, with experience in financial services or real estate marketing
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Skills: Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation
4. Credit Manager
- Age: 40–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in credit management or lending, preferably in property financing
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; professional certification in credit management is an advantage
- Skills: Expertise in credit risk assessment, loan structuring, and regulatory compliance
5. Operations Manager
- Age: 40–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in operations management, preferably in financial services
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, process optimization, and team leadership
6. IT Manager
- Age: 40–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT management, with experience in financial systems
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL) are a plus
- Skills: Expertise in network management, cybersecurity, and financial software implementation
7. Legal Officer
- Age: 40–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in legal practice, with experience in real estate or financial law
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
- Skills: Contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution
8. Receptionist
- Age: No age restriction
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a front-office or customer service role
- Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and basic computer skills
